"Obamamania" Appears More "Hitleresque" Every Day

by David Kilpatrick

Normally, I'm not much of an alarmist and I dismiss out of hand conspiracy theories all the time. There is no boogyman waiting around every corner, Bush did not know about 9/11 ahead of time, there are no war crimes trials of Dick Cheney warranted, and Nanci Pelosi is not the devil with a red dress on. In today's world, that makes me more of a moderate than most. I also like to hear both sides of an argument and gather all of the facts I can on my own before I make a decision on a given issue so that I can form an opinion that is not based on ideological bias, but on intelligent reasoning. Moreover, I maintain an open mind and am always willing to alter my view if new information is available that would prove me wrong. There is nothing wrong with being wrong if one is willing to acknowledge the error, make a correction, and move forward. We're all humans and none of us know everything. All that said, I am getting more and more disturbed with some of the things I'm seeing in Obama, whose full birth name is Barack Hussein Mohammed Obama. No spin, just reporting the truth.

First, this man of questionable origin and history has submitted a false birth certificate as proof of U.S. citizenship. As long as he is very popular, it's ok to overlook that, according to my liberal friends. When shown the evidence that proves the certificate was made with a graphics design program which was unavailable in 1961, we are quickly told that it is just not important if nobody really cares. That said, I'm content to let it go. I believe that the dangers in the water ahead are much greater than the idea of electing a person who would, in any other case, not be eligible for the position. You can watch a YouTube video showing the birth certificate problem if you would like, but if you are a follower of Obama, you won't care anyway.

Obama's Fake Birth Certificate

If you're wondering about his "Duel Citizenship" status, you may also like knowing that he can't be a duel citizen of the U.S. and Indonesia (the country he does have citizenship in) OR Kenya, the country he could claim citizenship in. In order to become a U.S. citizen, he would need to renounce his Indonesian citizenship... something he hasn't done. If you care to see another video on the legality of his duel citizenship conflict, you can, but again, if you're a follower, you won't allow it to influence you in any way and that's expected.

Obama's Duel Citizenship Conflict

Let's proceed on the premise that neither of the two issues I've just mentioned will ever amount to anything due to lack of interest. That's fine. What concerns me on the next note is the blind devotion of the followers coupled with the wild abandonment of all logical reasoning. If you are an Obama follower, you have likely quit reading by now, as most of the followers I've encountered have no interest in learning anything that could call into question the rationale behind their loyalty. The rest of you may like some examples of well-founded concern.

Recently, Obama said that we could replace ALL of the oil we would get from new drilling by inflating our tires and getting tune-ups. There is an element of truth to his claim in that if your car is running at peak efficiency, it will get better gas mileage. That is undeniable and your car's owner manual will back this claim up very nicely. The fictional element is that, in order for his statement to be true, ALL of our cars would need to be currently running on flat tires with poorly performing engines. Obvious to everyone, that's not the case at all and Obama's claim is utterly fictitious - unless you're a follower. If you're a follower, you have praised him for his awesome insight into automobile maintenance and you now believe that oil drilling is not necessary if we would all simply line up at Jiffy-Lube as instructed. I am amazed at the naivete of the educated liberal who seems to be accepting of the idea that he was not smart enough to maintain his car prior to Obama's advice. The follower simply accepts the words of Obama as truth and does what he's told.

Obama's race is not white or black. According to all accounts, he is of mixed race. While "playing the race card" is getting to be a tiresome tactic, Obama and his followers are very quick to point out that Obama "doesn't look like other presidents". That is true, but why? Is it because of his ears? Is it because of his build or the shape of his head? Is it his clothing style? No, none of the above... they are clearly pointing out his race and his followers will openly say, "I'm excited to be voting for our first African-American president." The thought that crosses the balanced mind is simply, "Should I vote for or against someone because of their race?" At the risk of sounding judgemental, this could easily lead a non-committed observer to say that the "race-based" supporter is a racist. Surely, if a person said they were voting for a candidate because they were white, that person would be labeled as a racist - and rightly so. Is it not also racist to vote for a candidate because they're not white? If you're a follower, you simply accept the double standard with a smile because the racist label is not directed at you. In your mind, the racist is the one NOT supporting Barack Hussein Mohammed Obama. After all, as long as someone else is being attacked, it's ok to permit it. As a follower, you either engage in the ridiculing and attacking of the non-followers or simply turn away and ignore it.

As I have brought out my concerns and made public the fact that I am not an Obama follower, I have been called a racist daily. I don't support Obama because I either can't understand his position on most issues, as he has not taken many solid stands, and on the issues he has taken stands on, I simply don't agree. Do I have to vote for someone I don't agree with to have the "racist" label removed?

In the days of Adolf Hitler, supporters were loved by all... detractors were labeled, hated, ridiculed, humiliated, abused... and many were killed.

In the days of Barack Obama, followers are loved by all... detractors are labeled, hated, ridiculed... more to come? I hope not, but the unfounded love of a man who brings nothing but unidentified change sold as nationalism to the table is not rational.
Hitler ran on a platform of unidentified change sold as nationalism as well, and the similarities we see now to the support of Hitler in pre-Nazi Germany are chilling.

"Yes we can! Yes we can! Yes we can!" is the same as, "Hail Victory! Hail Victory! Hail Victory!"

If you prefer German, it's pronounced, "Sieg Heil! Sieg Heil! Sieg Heil!"

With all of the "racist" (Jew) labels flying, this "typical white person" is starting to feel uneasy.

Interesting that if you cannot argue on facts..that Obama wants to break the strangle hold corporations have on this country that you must resort to the fear factor...obama is like Hiltler..Your candidate cannot even come close to getting people excited about change...look at the glum faces of his supporters when he has his town hall meetings...
Hilter espoused a return to family values...just like the republican's mantra......
Mccain is anti worker, anti senior, anti child, anti women anti veteran and pro big money, oil and insurance companies...look at his past votes...

Silly, pathetic, infantile. There are no similarities between Obama and Hitler. Obama, and anyone of less than pure Aryan origins would have been a candidate for the gas chambers in Hitler's time, not a member of the party. That Obama attracts large, enthusiastic crowds places him in the same company as Ronald Reagan, Bono, Joel Osteen and hundreds of others who have nothing in common but generic 'popularity'. Hitler began his rise to power by taking advantage of the anger of a country that was mired in a depression, and had just lost a brutal war - and he did so by scapegoating communists, jews, foreigners, and just about any minority he could identify (a tactic that seems to have more in common with your rhetorical approach, than Obamas).

Your an idiot!

The truth is that the Republicans with they had a candidate with on fourth the charisma of Obama and they are using their usual ploy of taking their opponents strength and turning it into their weakness (swiftboat!). What better way than to say that Hitler and Obama have charisma so they must be the same.

Sad, sad BS from another conservative idiot.

This isn't just pathetic. It is frightening to see how many anti-Obama people there are who use outright lies to discredit him.

Sadly, this should have been posted prior to the 2000 and 2004 presidential election of GW Bush. After all, it was his grandfather, Prescott Bush, who was a Nazi supporter (http://coat.ncf.ca/our_magazine/links/54/54_22-23.pdf). He had is assets frozen for trading with the enemy while U.S. soldiers died fighting Nazi Germany. I'm not saying Obama's a saint. I'm just saying he's not Hitleresque in any way shape or fashion and for you to make such a statement really makes me question your sanity. You don't think gutting the constitution (done by GW & crew isn't facist?) Wake up young man. Study your history without prejudice and let the facts speak for themselves.

Gee, it's pretty quiet out there from the folks who have all the documentary evidence.

Will we be seeing any REAL PROOF of any of this set of wild ravings?

"Should I vote for or against someone because of their race?" Of course, the answer to such a question should be a resounding "no." However, a further question to ask is "How has race influenced me in my votes and choices?" The fact is that race does play a part in our daily lives from choosing which neighborhoods to live in and shop in, to how we understand and define familial relationships, e.g., the "nuclear family" and "the extended family." "Is it not also racist to vote for a candidate because they're not white?" In the experience of people of color in this nation, voting for a person of color cannot be considered as a a racist action since the one necessary element in racism is the power to sustain and continue the system of racism that gives unearned benefits to one group at the expense of other groups. Since white Americans (not necessarily by their own choosing) were born into a society where they receive benefits in a system which exerts power over people of color, the logical choice for white Americans is to recognize their own unearned privileges and vote for a candidate that they think will serve all Americans well.

Ever since day one, there has been a smear campaign against Barack Obama. I believe that _most_ who join in are either racists, the rich, or corporate prostitutes who want a continuation of the status quo. The USA is in deep trouble because of years of abuse from our government and the "sheeple" who blindly follow the Democrat/Republican mindset. Equating Obama with Hitler is stupid, vicious propaganda.

First off, if you want credibility with anyone educated beyond the 6th grade, learn how to spell. Your numerous spelling errors tell the world right off the bat that you're an amateur.

The claim about the birth certificate is logically preposterous. Do you really think the Republicans haven't investigated that idea to exhaustion? If there was any legitimate question about the birth certificate, it would have been outed long ago and you'd be making up stories about Hillary by now.

The reason for the high level of excitement about Obama can be summed up in two words: George Bush. After 8 years of inept, corrupt, and just plain criminal "leadership," intelligent Americans are ready to turn 180 degrees toward a candidate who is not connected or beholden to any special interest, and untainted by too many years of service in an unavoidably slimy political system. I feel like I've been living in a political sewer these many years, and Obama is a breath of fresh air.

If fact, chilling indeed. I'm a moderate, probably sitting this election out. Obama has no credible platform and I lived in Arizona long enough to know why I don't want to vote for McCain.

You know, Paris Hilton for president is beginning to sound like a viable option. At least we won't get any surprised. The whole world knows what she looks like naked. ;)

I'm not going to agree or disagree with you, I'm not informed enough yet to do so.

But unlike many of the posters here, I will defend to my dying day your right to openly state your concerns regarding Obama.

No, I don't think you can equate Obama as a Hitler in the despotic, murderous, or insane qualitites of that man. However, there are some similarities. Obama is seen as a "saviour" by many and his charismatic qualities sometimes take people over the edge, note the number of people who have fainted "under his spell". Hitler promised change if only the people would cede power to him. With Hitler the bogeyman was the Jews and Obama has Big Oil and any other Corporate entities he wants to comdemn. He continually promises to be the candidate of change, but the more you want him to be specific, the less he is. If you look into his past voting record, which is mostly in the Illinois state legislature, he tends to duck the hard decisions or is very liberal, even to the point of being Socialistic. His experience on a national level is almost non-existant. Change for change sake is always a dangerous proposition, especially if the change is for bigger government, more government control, higher taxes and less freedom.

So... I've done my research on BOTH candidates and have read through all of your comments. Here's my question to all of you who support Obama - haven't you just proved the point of this article in comparing Obama to Hitler, by calling all of us who aren't "followers", racists, bigots, haters, corporate prostitutes???

This is SEGREGATION at it's finest - which if you remember, was what Hitler did to his people.

So you wanted facts, here's your facts:

FIRST FACT -
The man you support, has had VERY little experience in government, and therefore you can't really get a feel for him, based on his votes. He has voted one way, and stated the opposite, he's gone back on his words (this is all on tape, if you don't believe me) over and over again; he's blatantly lied to reporters.

John McCain (whom I don't support either) has had over 2 decades in the government, and as all of us who are older than 10, can change your views on things as time goes on.

Some of you say that there has been a "smear campaign" against Obama, but it's just been the facts coming out. I can't help that he's changed his mind, over and over, or that he's lied, or followed a very RACIST preacher, with whom he's exposed his family to.

No one is perfect, and YES, John McCain does not hold a candle to Obamas' "charisma", but I'm not voting for the one that is more charming (yeah, that's what charisma means), I'm voting for the one that is going to protect me as an American.

SECOND FACT -
He wrote a book, with statements of racism against whites, and believes that blacks should be and will be a higher power. He (and his family) attended a church (until JUST RECENTLY when the sh*t hit the fan regarding his crazy preacher) that believes whites are the reason the world is the way it is; who blames everyone else, instead of empowering his "people" to do better for themselves.

This alone, gives me reason (a white woman and also a minority) to not support him. I believe that everyone is created equal. We're all born humans and we all have the same choices. For those of you out there that say that's BS, look around... if you don't have money for an education, there are grants, loans, scholarships; if you don't have money to live, there's welfare; if you don't have insurance, there's medic-aid.

The government, who's majority has been REPUBLICAN for the last EIGHT years, still offers these great benefits to those "less fortunate" than the rest - without recourse or requirement. If you are an able-bodied person who CAN work, you SHOULD work. It shouldn't be MY responsibility to take care of you, because your lazy, or because you decided to have 10 kids, or WHATEVER - get a job and do your part.

If you feel that I'm being overly opinionated about this, understand that I have a mentally challenged brother (brain bleed at birth) who is on Medic-aid and receives money from the government, BUT who still graduated from high school and has a 20 hour a week job. My brother is 28 and has the mentality of an 8 year old, only has use of his left arm (right arm and both legs do not work), yet he still has a job and supports his country (through paying taxes on his earnings).

FACT THREE -
He wants to stop poverty all over the world - with American tax dollars (yes, that's right - $2,500 per person in the US, over a year period, oh but if you're on welfare, you don't pay taxes, so it doesn't matter), when we have over 10% of our own population, battling poverty, in which we've tried to wipe out over the last THREE DECADES and have yet to do so.

FACT FOUR -
Universal Healthcare IS ALREADY AVAILABLE... it's called MEDIC-AID. Look at the LARGE countries that have Universal Healthcare (England and Canada specifically) and you'll see that they have no where near the benefits we have in America, through free enterprise in healthcare.

Do you need more??? I can give more, but I think this makes my point. I don't want to live in a communistic/socialistic/nationalistic country, I want to live in a FREE COUNTRY.

Someone said that the Republicans have been "ripping the constitution apart", but if you actually look at the basics behind what our country was created on, you'll see that, if anything, the Republicans are the only ones who follow it. This country was created on the OPPORTUNITY to do anything you want, not that it would be handed to you, because you were born black, white, red, brown, female, male, etc... ALL of us have the SAME OPPORTUNITY to create a better life for ourselves and for our future generations. Larger and more control in our government (the democratic parties motto) is completely against the constitution.

Thanks for the opportunity to support the FACTS, not the parties.

Concerned American said...

And furthermore, our government was created to provide protection (laws and military) and opportunity to create a better life for yourselves, through hard work and dedication. It was NOT created to have you "mooch" off of because you feel slighted due to your color, your baby making abilities, or your lack of dedication.

Is it fair that I went to college, spent hard earned money on an education, so that I could better myself, to then be penalized by paying more taxes to support the weak and lazy in our country? NO, it isn't.

Did you know that with the new minimum wage figure, if you worked full time, you would make at least $15,000 a year and within a few months or a year, you could get a raise or promotion of even just $1.00 an hour, and make over $20,000 a year? It's not difficult, it's not out of anyones' reach - it's up to you to do it.

The belief of the Republican party is that you work hard, and you are rewarded - how can you not agree with this? They have measures set in place to help those who are mentally challenged or disabled, but because of the Democrats, those benefits have been handed out to those who are not deserving of them, but because of their color, sex, or whatever.
